We make design-led period underwear for women who are done with black, diaper-like options. The product is built. The supply chain is built. Our pop-ups have proven it: when women see and touch Relief, they buy.
We have enough stock in hand to fuel our next 12-18 months of growth. What’s missing is the person who builds the demand. That might be you.

About the Opportunity
✨ Co-found Relief and own everything commercial: growth, sales, retention with wholesale as a next step
✨ Build our first repeatable growth engine: content, creators, ads, SEO and partnerships
✨ Co-lead our fundraise
✨ Share in the profit from day one, and in the company for the long run

Who does what
? I’m Emma, founder and ex-fast-fashion lingerie designer. I lead product, design, supply chain and brand.
? You lead the market: how Relief finds customers, sells to them and keeps them coming back.

? The Brain
• A proven track record growing a DTC or consumer brand, with numbers you can show
• A content strategist who tests: you know how to run hooks, formats and angles,



read the data, and double down on what works
• Hands-on with paid social: you’ve set up and tested Meta/TikTok ads that turned a profit, ideally using creator content
• Strong SEO skills: you know how to build organic traffic that compounds
• Creator, community and partnership growth on a lean budget
• Fluent in the numbers: margin, CAC, LTV, cash
• Bonus: femtech, intimates, wellness or fashion experience; wholesale or retail buyer contacts in the EU/UK

• Scrappy, resourceful, and happiest building from (almost) zero
• A clear communicator who loves an ambitious goal
• Believes periods deserve better design, and wants to help normalise them

This isn’t a salary with a ceiling. It’s a real share of what you build.
• 40% of gross profit on every online and wholesale sale to start. That’s about a fifth of revenue, paid monthly from your very first sale.
