? We’re Hiring: People Business Advisor

At Netzon Group, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated People Business Advisor to join our HR Team in Barcelona.

? About the Role

As a People Business Advisor, you will be responsible for partnering with managers and employees to provide expert HR guidance across the employee lifecycle. You will support people-related matters, advise on HR policies and best practices, and strive to deliver effective solutions that enhance employee experience and business performance.

✅Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full cycle of the employee from an HR perspective both internally and externally.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department.
• Deal with employee HR related requests, issues, advice and regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments such as payroll or recruitment to ensure a smooth employee onboarding.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and internal processes affecting employee relations.

?What We’re Looking For
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation,



Social Security, and human resources topics.
• Demonstrable experience working in an HR role (3-5 years relevant work experience).
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., A3 innuva, SuccessFactors, Workday, ticketing tools).
• Knowledge of Social Security & SEPE systems.
• Work experience in fast-paced, multinational or matrixed organizations, ideally within sectors with high operational complexity (retail, tech, logistics, telecom, services, etc.).

? What We Offer
• Start Date: ASAP.
• Contract: Temporary 6 Months (Possibility for long-term continuation)
• Full-Time: 39 hours per week.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Salary: €38,000 gross per year.
• Working Model: Hybrid.
