You will contribute to the design and implementation of key HR processes, advise managers on people‑related decisions, and help ensure that teams are structured, developed, and supported in line with business goals.ResponsibilitiesHR Project Development & Launch: Participate in designing, implementing, and improving key company-wide HR processesDeveloping employee evaluation systems (Performance Reviews, 360‑degree feedback).Creating competency matrices and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).Contributing to HR process automation and employer branding projects.Strategic Partnership: Work closely with department heads to assist with workforce planning, scaling, and shaping/res structuring teams to meet business goals.Performance & Talent Management: Guide managers and teams through evaluation processes, career growth planning, high‑potential (HiPo) promotion,



and succession planning.Employee Relations & Coaching: Act as a trusted advisor for both managers and employees.
