Position overviewThe Firmware Test & HIL Specialist ensures the quality and reliability of embedded firmware across the full validation lifecycle. The role focuses on developing and operating HIL systems and dedicated test environments. It supports early defect detection through structured unit and system-level testing. Additionally, it enables robust validation processes in close collaboration with development, production, and quality teams.What you will doDevelop and maintain HIL systems (e.G., Prothos miniHIL, LabVIEW)Design and operate mechatronic test benchesDevelop test cases and validation proceduresPerform component, system, and endurance testingExecute unit tests for embedded C firmwareImplement and use test frameworks (CMake, C-Test, GTest, Ceedling)Analyze test results and document findingsSupport integration and validation across product linesWhat we require3 – 5 Years of relevant working experienceTypical education level Bachelor plus 3-5 years of relevant working experience OR Master degree with 2-3 of working experienceWhat we offerHealth insuranceFlexible remuneration (childcare ticket, transport ticket,
