We are seeking a skilled Unified Communications Engineer to lead and implement Cisco Telephony and Videoconferencing projects. The adecuado candidate will have extensive experience in the Cisco environment, particularly with telephony and video conferencing systems. Responsibilities include managing major incidents, ensuring effective problem management, and updating technical documentation.
