We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented IT Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to end users across hardware, software, applications, printing, mobile devices, and telephony, helping ensure a smooth and efficient workplace experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support for PCs, laptops, phones, printers, smart devices, and digital scannersTroubleshoot and support internal and external applications, including Microsoft productsConfigure, build, and install hardware and softwareMaintain desktop patching and antivirus updatesSet up meeting rooms, training rooms, and collaboration toolsManage help desk tickets and update systems with relevant documentationSupport office moves, hardware refreshes, software rollouts, and desktop migrationsWork with vendors and other IT teams to resolve issuesSupport users across EMEA when requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in technical support or end-user support roles.Strong knowledge of PC hardware and a genuine interest in technology and end-user support.Knowledge of Mac OS and Apple iOS is a plus.Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician certification is a plus.Native level in Spanish. Advanced level of English, with minimum C1 proficiency.Strong communication skills to interact effectively with users at different technical levels.Proactive, service-oriented,
