Operations Lead Supersonik | Barcelona (on-site) This is not a traditional operations role. There is no playbook, no established team to slot into, no clean scope. Help our implementation team deliver faster and more consistently: find the bottlenecks between closed deal and live customer and standardize handoffs and repeatable steps, so the company scales without delivery becoming the constraint. Build automations (n8n, Salesforce flows, API integrations) wherever they remove manual work, and occasionally internal web apps when off-the-shelf tools don't fit. Support the compliance side (GRC): help us get and keep our certifications up to date, from evidence collection to audit coordination. Help build the company's operating knowledge base and SOPs. You will also handle recruiting support, data analysis, AI tool integration, and whatever else lands on the desk. The common thread: things that need an owner and don't have one.
