ResponsibilitiesDrive sourcing strategies, post jobs on the right channels, and build strong candidate pipelines to hire customer support representatives at scale.Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.Partner with local leadership to organize onboarding sessions, orientation schedules, and new hire paperwork for large incoming classes.Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse (our ATS), track progress against hiring targets, and report regularly to leadership.Work closely with HR, operations, and customer support managers in Monterrey and the U.S. to ensure smooth scaling of the support team.Requirements5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a start-up environment.Strong knowledge of local job boards, resume banks,
