Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare Purchase Orders (POs) in line with project budgets and update budgets accordinglyMaintain and organize contractual and administrative documentation databases, including contracts, invoices, and supplier documentationTrack invoices throughout the full lifecycle, from certification approval to paymentEnsure invoices comply with contractual conditions and include all required supporting documentationMonitor and update project budgets, tracking expenditures and identifying variancesMaintain and regularly update project cash flow forecasts based on project progress and financial conditionsPrepare periodic financial reports, including:Weekly Cashflow ReportsMonthly Budget Variance ReportsMonthly Budget Consolidation ReportsUpdated financial models and internal committee presentationsSupport the Technical Control Manager in preparing documentation for utilization requestsCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure proper financial tracking and reportingEnsure compliance with contractual payment terms within cash flow forecastsAssist in audits and regulatory inspections by preparing required documentationMaintain financial tracking tools, including the “under construction” financial modelSupport continuous improvement in financial tracking and reporting processesRequirementsBachelor’s degree (or Associate degree) in Business Administration, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field2–5 years of experience in financial control, project administration, or accounting within infrastructure, construction, or energy sectorsSolid understanding of project financial management, budgeting, and cash flow monitoringStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a structured and fast-paced environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with accounting software (e.G., SAP, Oracle) is a strong plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
