Role Description The Director Ejecución is a full-time, on-site role based in Almería, responsible for overseeing the execution phase of architectural and planning projects. This position leads and coordinates construction activities, ensuring that work on-site adheres to approved designs, technical specifications, budgets, and timelines. The role involves daily collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, and managing change requests. The Director Ejecución conducts regular site visits, supervises quality and safety standards, and ensures compliance with local regulations and building codes. The position also includes preparing execution reports, supporting decision-making,



and maintaining transparent communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project.
Qualifications

- Proven experience directing construction or execution phases in architecture and planning projects, preferably in similar on-site roles.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, technical standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to projects in Almería and wider regional contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources, with experience in project tracking and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills, including the ability to guide contractors, negotiate with suppliers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on practical solutions and risk management in active worksites.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for liaising with clients, authorities, and internal teams.
- Relevant academic background such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with project management software, CAD tools, and digital collaboration platforms used in architectural and construction workflows.
- Commitment to workplace safety, environmental responsibility, and ethical professional conduct.
- Ability to work on-site in Almería on a consistent basis and adapt to changing project priorities and timelines.
