We are seeking a Safety & Wellbeing Advisor, that plays a pivotal, senior role at the intersection of expert knowledge and meaningful partnership. No two days are the same. You'll move between frontline services and head office, partnering with leaders to bring safety to life in practical ways. One day might start in a home, coaching leaders through a post-incident risk assessment, before shifting to head office to support a complex return to work case, liaise on training needs or facilitate an engaging OHS Committee briefing.
Along the way,
you'll analyse safety trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. It's a dynamic, hands-on role where your impact is defined by what you enable others to do. Creating confident leaders, effective systems and a culture where safety is embedded in everyday practice.
