Who We Are Looking ForAs Implementation & Solutions Consultant for Southern Europe, you will own the full implementation lifecycle for our clients in the region while acting as the technical reference for the sales team during pre-sales. You will lead onboarding from kickoff to go-live for new clients and significant upsells, and support technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations for prospects. You will balance post-sales delivery and pre-sales support according to regional priorities, representing Crisis24 credibly to clients in French, Spanish, and English.What You Will Work OnImplementation & Client DeliveryLead end-to-end implementations for new clients and significant upsells, from kickoff to go-liveAct as the main point of contact for clients during implementation, setting clear expectations and keeping communication consistent and proactiveDefine and manage project plans, milestones and deliverables using Jira, Salesforce and CertiniaGather requirements,



define success criteria and tailor the implementation approach to each client's business objectives and organisationShare best practices to help clients optimise their use of the platform and realise its full valueMonitor implementation health, anticipate and resolve roadblocks, and ensure a smooth handover to Account Management and ongoing supportTechnical Pre-Sales & Solutions EngineeringPartner with the regional sales team and Account Management team on technical discovery, solution design and product demonstrationsSupport proof of concept activities and translate technical requirements into actionable implementation plans once deals closeMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the full Crisis24 solution portfolio to represent it accurately in both pre-sales and delivery conversationsProduct & Industry ExpertiseDevelop in-depth knowledge of the features and configuration options of the products supported by this roleStay current on Travel Risk Management, Business Continuity and Critical Eve
