Role overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal team at Titan OS. This is an exciting opportunity for a law student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment.



You will work closely with our General Counsel and legal team, supporting a wide range of legal and compliance matters across our international business.

Key responsibilities:

- Assist in reviewing and drafting basic legal documents, including NDAs, partnership agreements, and commercial contracts.
- Support legal research on topics such as media, advertising, technology, and IP law across multiple jurisdictions.
- Help monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Titan OS operations.
- Participate in contract management processes (tracking, organizing, and maintaining templates and signed agreements).
- Support compliance and risk management initiatives across the business.
- Assist in the coordination with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders.
- Help prepare internal reports, presentations, and legal updates for cross-functional teams.
