What You Should Know About The Job
Our European New Business squad, based in Madrid, Spain, is looking for an empathetic, organized, and technical Onboarding Specialist to join Hotmart’s French Market Expansion Pod. As an Onboarder,



you will serve as the trusted guide for newly signed French creators, ensuring seamless implementation of Hotmart’s platform, accelerating time-to-value (TTV), and securing early platform activation for long-term growth in France.
Roles & Responsibilities
Implementation & Fast Activation (French Market)
Onboarding Kick-offs: Lead post-sales implementation meetings with new creators entering the Hotmart ecosystem from the French market.Technical Implementation: Guide creators step-by-step through platform setup, local checkout configuration, payment gateway integrations, and product uploads.Accelerate Time-to-Value: Ensure fast activation so French creators can launch or migrate their digital businesses seamlessly.
Consultative Strategy & Technical Support
Strategy Alignment: Align platform settings with the creator’s specific sales funnel model (launches, evergreen courses, memberships).Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and clear technica
