It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA.Your responsibilities:- Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails)



per day- Qualify leads and manage a well-organized sales pipeline.- Identify business needs and recommend suitable advertising solutions.- Assist clients through onboarding and verification steps.- Learn and apply regional onboarding procedures.- Help businesses submit required documentation accurately.- Escalate issues and feedback appropriately.- Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Requirements- C2 level of French and C1 level of English (both written and spoken).- At least 1,5 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role- Familiarity with call center operations.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Effective communicator in both written and spoken formats.- Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks independently.- Comfortable using Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office tools.- Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus.- Experience working in teams.- General knowledge of home services industries.Desirable Skills- Bachelor's degree in Business- Experience working in a team environment- Familiarity with home services, such as plumbing, locksmiths, electrical etc.- Process Excell
