In this role, you will shape and elevate how sales processes are designed and applied across markets to support business goals. You’ll drive scalable adoption, embedding processes into daily sales execution and continuously improve ways of working through data and field insights. You will translate strategy into practical tools such as playbooks and training content to empower cross-functional sales teams. Responsabilidades

- Define, standardize, and elevate sales processes across markets
- Drive adoption at scale and ensure processes are embedded in daily execution
- Continuously evolve ways of working using data, field insights, and best practices
- Monitor process execution and KPI-driven performance to enable data-driven decisions
- Create sales materials like playbooks, guidelines, and training contents




- Champion continuous improvement to simplify and strengthen sales performance

Requisitos principales

- Proven experience as a sales representative in a customer-facing role or equivalent in sales operations (strong plus)
- Experience in hearing aids or medical technology is advantageous
- Ability to create sales materials (playbooks, guidelines, training contents) for sales teams
- Strong understanding of how sales processes work in practice and support business performance
- Highly structured and analytical with ability to simplify complexity
- Excellent communication and influencing skills for cross-country alignment
- Experience in cross-functional and international environments
- Proficiency in English and familiarity with process mapping tools
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and driving change without direct authority
