The successful candidate will sit within Ebury Finance, reporting to the Global Head of Procurement while directly supporting and covering day-to-day operations for the current Senior Procurement Analyst. conducting sourcing activities on a daily basis while supportingGlobal Accounting Services in improving purchasing operations. The candidate will be strongly supported by a business that is embracing opportunities presented by a procurement function yielding results month on month.This intern's primary focus will be on day-to-day transactional operations and downstream procurement support (Purchasing, Reporting, and operational maintenance). Ad-hoc support for sourcing activities may eventually be required.What you’ll do- Purchasing activities: Assisting with the implementation and day-to-day administration of the Purchase Order (PO) process to support the goal of channeling 80% of external spend via PO invoices- Managing PO creation and receipt process- Monitoring of process implementation and adoption by other departments- Assisting with Procurement and PO process enhancement projects- Support in training material development and training delivery to drive adoption- Supporting the Purchase to Pay
