The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in driving new business opportunities across Switzerland and Austria within a dynamic B2B technology environment. You will identify potential customers, initiate meaningful conversations, and qualify prospects to help the sales team build a strong pipeline. Working closely with Account Executives and Marketing, you will contribute to targeted outreach strategies and share valuable insights from the market. This role combines outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and relationship-building with opportunities to develop your commercial skills. You will use modern CRM, AI, and prospecting tools to improve your effectiveness and stay organized. Accountabilities

Generate new business opportunities: Reach out to potential customers through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations and create interest in the company's solutions.

Research target accounts: Identify relevant companies across Switzerland and Austria, research their needs, and find the right decision-makers to contact.

Qualify leads: Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and demo requests, assessing their needs and potential before passing qualified opportunities to Account Executives.

Understand customer challenges: Ask thoughtful questions, uncover business needs, and identify how technology solutions may address prospects' challenges.

Manage prospecting activities: Use HubSpot, AI-powered tools, and other prospecting platforms to organize outreach, track interactions, and continuously improve results.
