We are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen strategic relationships across the general programmatic advertising ecosystem. In this role, you will own a portfolio of supply-side platforms (SSPs) and demand-side platforms (DSPs), managing commercial relationships, performance optimization, and long-term partner value. You will combine strategic negotiation skills with data-driven decision-making to maximize revenue across display, video, connected TV (CTV), and audio advertising. Working closely with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Demand Operations teams, you will turn partner insights into actionable growth strategies and operational improvements. You will also evaluate new partnership opportunities, oversee onboarding coordination, and ensure compliance with data protection requirements. Accountabilities

Strategic Partnership Management: Own the end-to-end management of a global portfolio of SSPs and emerging DSPs, serving as the primary business contact and ensuring strong relationships, sustainable growth, and continued strategic relevance.

Commercial Relationship Development: Establish regular business reviews, align partner roadmaps, coordinate strategic discussions, and maintain effective communication between external partners and internal Product, Technology, and Demand Operations teams.

Revenue Growth and Performance Optimization: Set revenue targets for individual partners, monitor performance trends, and develop tailored growth plans to increase revenue across display, video, CTV, and audio advertising channels.
