We are looking to expand our team with a talented corporate lawyer based in Spain who can work seamlessly with our U.S. attorneys and clients.

The Role

Avid Legal is seeking a Spain-based Foreign Counsel with strong corporate and transactional experience to support our growing M&A;, venture capital, financing, and general corporate practice.
This is a full-time,



remote position based in Spain. The adecuado candidate will have received strong training at a law firm, corporate legal department, or other sophisticated business environment and will be comfortable working primarily in English with U.S.-based attorneys and clients.

You will work directly with Avid.law attorneys on transactions involving startups, investors, private companies, founders, and strategic acquirers. The role is well suited for a lawyer who enjoys transactional work, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and can take ownership of important components of a transaction while working collaboratively with supervising U.S. counsel.

• Assist with mergers and acquisitions from diligence through closing, working closely with Avid.law attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and other transaction participants.
