Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Finance professional to manage the full set of accounts for our Madrid and Miami offices. The role covers day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, cash-flow monitoring, tax and audit coordination, reconciliations, and management reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with management and external advisers across different countries and time zones,



while ensuring accurate and compliant financial records.

Accounting & Financial Management• Manage and maintain the full set of accounting books and records for the Madrid and Miami offices.
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.
• Ensure all accounting transactions are properly recorded, supported, and reconciled.
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, payments, and receipts.
• Review and maintain accurate accounting schedules and supporting documentation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial analysis.
• Ensure timely closing of monthly and annual accounts.

Tax, Compliance & Audit• Ensure accounting records comply with applicable Spanish accounting and tax requirements.
