The Senior Director, PX Business Partner will lead the People Experience strategy for the Iberia region, covering Spain and Portugal, aligning people initiatives with business priorities and long-term growth. This senior leadership role combines strategic workforce planning, organizational development, employee engagement, and talent management with hands-on execution. Working closely with executive leaders and general People Experience specialists, you will shape an inclusive, high-performance culture across the employee lifecycle. You will lead and develop a small team while influencing key decisions around organizational effectiveness, leadership development, compensation, and employee wellbeing. The role also involves navigating complex employment relations, labor regulations, and organizational change across an international, matrixed environment.

Lead the regional People Experience strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive people agenda for Spain and Portugal that supports business objectives, long-term growth, and a people-first culture.

Partner with senior leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to executive teams, providing strategic guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, culture, employee engagement, and retention.

Oversee talent and organizational development: Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, career mobility, leadership development, and organizational design in partnership with relevant specialist teams.
