As a Senior Java Developer, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of customized software for a European public sector client, focusing on secure, scalable tax administration solutions. You will work within a 20+ person project team to deliver end-to-end components, integrations, and testing while supporting CI/CD and roadmaps. Responsabilidades

- Implement software components according to design specifications
- Perform system integration and testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them
- Conduct unit testing of software components
- Assist in estimating project efforts and delivery timelines




- Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to ensure efficient project progress
- Provide technical input into product roadmaps
- Participate in triage activities for incident analysis and prioritization
- Support and optimize CI/CD processes

Requisitos principales

- 6+ years of Java development experience
- Strong experience with Spring Framework and Quarkus
- Understanding of microservices architecture and containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or other RDBMS)
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and messaging (Kafka, ActiveMQ)
- Good understanding of testing principles
- Ability to communicate confidently in English
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and distributed teams
