We are looking for a Project Manager for an important software company located in Barcelona. Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end programme management of M&A; GTM integration workstreams, from planning through execution. * Coordinate cross-functional functional leads across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and related teams. * Drive project timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality execution. * Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and proactively solve issues. * Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making across senior leadership. * Prepare and deliver executive-level status reporting and communications. * Manage meetings and workshops with international teams, including US-based stakeholders. * Support continuous improvement of integration processes and ways of working. Requirements: * 2–3 years of experience in project or programme management within complex,
cross-functional environments. * Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and executive-level communication. * Strong understanding of business operations and go-to-market processes, * Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities. * Fluency in English (written and spoken). * Willingness to attend meetings with US teams up to 7–8pm CET. * Experience in M&A; integration or strategic transformation projects is a strong plus.
