What You'll DoAs part of an international Customer Support team, you will: Assist Italian-speaking customers with their questions and requests

Provide support through phone, email and/or chat

Help customers with account, product or service-related enquiries

Resolve basic issues and guide customers toward the right solution

Use internal systems and digital tools to manage customer requests

Maintain a friendly, professional and customer-focused approach

Work alongside an international team

What We're Looking For





Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2)Good level of English (B2 or higher)Good communication skills

Comfortable using computers and digital tools

Positive, customer-oriented attitude

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

No previous professional experience required

High school diploma or equivalent

Willingness to relocate to Greece
