As a Senior Backend Engineer in our Barcelona-based team, you will own end-to-end backend delivery for product features, balancing customer value with technical excellence. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to ship impactful features from conception to production, shaping architecture and driving initiatives to completion. You’ll mentor junior engineers, elevate team practices, and contribute to architectural discussions with a practical, delivery-focused mindset. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to influence product outcomes in a fintech/security context within a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Requisitos principales

- 10+ years of backend development experience
- at least 4 years in a senior role
- proficient in Java, Spring Boot, SQL databases
- solid understanding of modern backend architecture
- clear communication with Product Owners, engineers, and management
- ability to surface blockers, manage dependencies, and own outcomes
- autonomy to work with minimal supervision
