Overview

As part of the central CRM team, you will design and execute data-driven CRM strategies to activate, engage and retain users across 9 markets. You’ll own end-to-end campaign delivery across channels and advise on general and local initiatives to reach the right user at the right time. You will lead experimentation, analysis, and actionable improvements, and drive cross-functional projects like dashboards, lifecycle segmentation, and process optimisation. You collaborate closely with Marketing, Product and local teams to align communications with lifecycle stages and business priorities. Responsabilidades

- Design and execute CRM strategies to activate, engage and retain users across 9 markets
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery across multiple channels




- Advise on global and local initiatives for timely messaging
- Drive experimentation and optimisation with A/B tests and insights
- Lead cross-functional projects (dashboards, lifecycle segmentation, experiment frameworks)
- Manage and optimise the campaign calendar and automations by lifecycle stages
- Serve as main CRM contact and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and local teams

Requisitos principales

- ≥3 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement, ideally regional/global
- Hands-on with CRM platforms; Braze experience a strong plus
- Strong project and stakeholder management with cross-team influence
- Ability to prioritise multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset using quantitative and qualitative insights
- Excellent English communication; other European languages a plus
