As Project Manager for the German Market, you will lead a small Operations team to optimize logistics, market research, and social media campaigns while supporting the Sales function. You will manage cross-functional projects end-to-end, safeguard timelines and budgets, and translate data into actionable improvements. The role centers on strong client communication, risk awareness, and delivering high-quality results for B2B2C campaigns. You’ll contribute to partnerships with food & beverage brands and help scale our European operations.

Responsabilidades

- Lead projects and campaigns end-to-end across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate complex B2B2C logistics with suppliers and partners
- Serve as main contact for external B2B clients with proactive communication
- Anticipate operational risks and mitigate impact
- Analyze campaign and operational results to drive improvements
- Prepare detailed operational and KPI reports for stakeholders




- Manage project budgets and optimise resource use
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics
- Balance priorities between brands, Sales and Operations to maintain alignment
- Lead and develop a small Operations Team and maintain high engagement

Requisitos principales

- Native or near-native German
- Minimum 3 years in campaign or project management
- Organised with ability to lead teams under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical with ability to derive insights from qualitative and quantitative data (Excel mandatory)
- Self-starter who drives alignment across teams
- Excellent communication to lead cross-functional teams
