Overview
In this role you will own the 0-13 week fleet allocation horizon, shaping how thousands of delivery partners receive vehicles across Europe. You will develop and maintain allocation plans, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure deployments meet customer demand within supply chain constraints. The role offers visibility into planning accuracy and opportunities to drive continuous improvements. You will operate in a collaborative, data-driven environment to optimize fleet health and service reliability.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and maintain 13-week fleet allocation plans accounting for supply chain complexity and demand variability, with clear visibility for delivery partners via forecasting tools
- Coordinate weekly deployment cycles across multiple stakeholders to optimize fleet utilization and ensure on-time vehicle deployment
- Analyze execution performance against plans to identify gaps and inform continuous improvement in planning accuracy and efficiency
- Partner with capacity planning,
central operations, fleet management, and procurement to balance priorities and resolve capacity challenges
- Translate operational complexity into actionable insights on supplier constraints, delivery partner requirements, and deployment lead times to optimize geographic matching and mitigate risks
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Transportation, Mathematics, Economics, Physics or another technical field
- Experience performing data analysis using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions
