Overview

In this role you will lead advanced planning and scheduling across major projects, driving schedule risk analysis and change management to support project objectives. You’ll implement planning strategies, build WBS/CBS with project leads, and prepare reports that track progress and staffing. Your work will help identify bottlenecks, propose corrective actions, and communicate schedule impacts to cross-functional teams. This is a chance to shape delivery on complex programs within a leading general consultancy.

Responsabilidades

- Lead advanced planning and scheduling, progress measurement, and change management implementations
- Coordinate development of WBS and CBS with project leads and contractor controls
- Prepare staffing, engineering, and construction progress reports
- Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules
- Conduct schedule analysis including critical path and schedule risk analysis
- Analyze deviations from baseline, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions




- Prepare Integrated Planning / Scheduling contributions to Monthly Project Reports
- Assess schedule impact of variances or change orders
- Prepare resourcing plans and peak-load leveling recommendations

Requisitos principales

- Expertise in project controls and time/schedule management
- Experience in Data Centres, Life Sciences / Pharma or related sectors (preferred)
- Proficient with project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred)
- Ability to consolidate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and deliver status reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Tenacity to add value and create solutions
- Ability to build good working relationships with project teams
