Overview

As a Project Management and Design Engineer, you help drive powertrain projects from concept to delivery. You will work within the AVL Iberica team, coordinating design activities, planning, and supplier-client interactions. You’ll manage design data, track progress, and handle 3D CAD components to ensure timely, quality outcomes. This role combines engineering fundamentals with project leadership in a fast-paced automotive environment. You’ll contribute to innovative mobility solutions and gain experience across design and project management in a general technology company.

Responsabilidades

- Management of design documentation and activity planning
- Deadline management and follow-up of project activities
- Coordination of supplier and client activities
- Reporting and presentation of project progress
- Management of design databases and 3D files




- Analysis and handling of 3D CAD components

Requisitos principales

- Engineering degree; Master's degree is a plus
- Good level of English
- Experience with 3D CAD software CATIA and CREO is valuable
- Knowledge of powertrain systems and internal combustion engines is valuable
- Strong sense of responsibility, goal orientation, and teamwork skills
- Participation in extracurricular activities such as Formula Student will be valued
- Programming or mathematical modeling knowledge will be valued
- 0-4 years of experience in the automotive sector
