Overview

As Finance Excellence Partner at Roche, you will drive a more efficient, networked finance organization that supports business decisions and the customer journey. You collaborate with commercial finance and regional/global teams to simplify, standardize, and automate processes while leveraging insights for better decision making. You’ll promote innovation and digitalization across finance and act as a partner to cross-functional areas. This role offers impact through improving planning, reporting, and financial governance in a global healthcare leader.

Responsabilidades

- Support budget and 3-year plan preparation for the Legal Entity with the commercial finance team and regional/global groups
- Contribute to simplifying the planning process through continuous improvement
- Analyze deviations from budget and investigate key P&L; items and spend drivers
- Identify end-to-end opportunities for financial improvements and engage relevant parts of the organization
- Coordinate with Shared Service Center for timely month-end closings
- Own recurring reconciliations, journal entries, accruals and provisions with supporting documentation
- Manage allocations, re-allocations and true-ups, driving standardization and automation
- Lead end-to-end cost center planning for selected areas in collaboration with the responsible function
- Drive master data management and cleansing with data owners
- Monitor Opex, CAPEX, NOA, and FTEs,



identifying improvement opportunities to optimize spend
- Act as Finance Business Partner for non-customer facing functions (e.g., Supply Chain Site Management, Administration, People & Culture, IT)
- Support business cases and projects to maximize long-term financial impact and execution
- Prepare inputs and materials for executive presentations to facilitate decision making
- Serve as finance contact for regional/integral queries on expenses and onboarding for the assigned area
- Implement automation of recurring finance routines aligned with business requirements and RSS priorities

Requisitos principales

- 5 years of experience in multinational companies and/or audit

- English and Spanish written and spoken is a must
