Overview

As Process Center Leader, you will run the process center and guide a team of Purchasing Analysts to support Purchasing and Business across all Business Units. You will implement standard operating procedures, ensure compliant and efficient purchasing processes, and maintain strong collaboration with stakeholders. You’ll drive process improvements, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and act as the central escalation point. This role offers an opportunity to shape purchasing operations in a multinational manufacturing environment and lead transformation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

- Supervise the Purchasing Analysts and delegate tasks as needed
- Oversee administrative tasks supporting sourcing activities
- Develop standard operating procedures based on defined processes
- Ensure effective collaboration between the process center and stakeholders
- Manage purchasing processes with compliance to legal and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align specifications and expectations
- Maintain the Process Center
- Directly manage Purchasing Analysts




- Support Product Owner in defining best system
- Participate in group projects impacting purchasing processes and systems
- Act as central escalation point
- Coordinate interaction with process center & stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- Tools usage (SAP, Excel, third party management software)
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
- Proven working experience in a process center
