Overview

In this role you will own and continuously improve Glovo’s Cultural and Functional Onboarding experience, ensuring a consistent, engaging start for new joiners across HQ and international markets. You will execute the general learning strategy, deliver scalable experiences, and use data and automation to enhance impact. You will integrate diversity, inclusion, and belonging principles into learning and support ERGs. This is a chance to shape how people learn, grow, and contribute to Glovo’s culture at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Own end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of onboarding across HQ and international markets
- Facilitate in-person and virtual onboarding sessions for diverse audiences
- Design and update learning content aligned with values, culture, leadership expectations and business priorities
- Manage general learning programmes and rollouts end-to-end (timelines, audiences, facilitators, rooms, materials, communications, follow-up)




- Build partnerships with People teams, leaders, SMEs and local stakeholders to identify learning needs and provide solutions
- Lead automation of onboarding communications via Slack and email to create a consistent experience
- Track participation, completion, satisfaction and learning impact, translating data into insights for improvement
- Embed DIB principles into learning experiences and coordinate ERG-related initiatives

Requisitos principales

- Min 4 years coordinating Learning & Development, onboarding, training or employee-experience programmes end-to-end
- Strong project and stakeholder management across multiple workstreams, countries and stakeholders
- Experience facilitating in-person and virtual sessions for diverse audiences
- Experience designing practical learning content based on objectives and business needs
- Experience applying DIB principles to learning or supporting ERGs and mentoring programmes
- Professional fluency in English, with strong communication skills
