Overview

In this role, you will configure and maintain Zurich's Cytora deployment to ingest data and support model performance across lines of business. You will collaborate with Cytora, IT and data teams to embed risk insights into Zurich systems, and help calibrate AI models aligned with underwriting risk. You’ll translate business needs into data specifications, maintain schemas, and monitor AI impact while driving data quality and responsible AI practices. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role shaping digital underwriting and AI adoption at Zurich.

Responsabilidades

- Configure and maintain Cytora deployment and data ingestion across lines of business
- Collaborate with Cytora, IT and data engineering teams to integrate risk insights
- Calibrate AI models in line with underwriting appetite and risk framework
- Translate business needs into data specifications and adapt configurations, prompts and schemas
- Support new implementation projects and maintain relevant data schemas




- Monitor accuracy and business impact of Cytora AI models
- Improve data quality, enrichment processes and feature engineering with data teams
- Promote responsible AI use in line with Zurich principles
- Coordinate between underwriting, data and IT teams to align AI outputs and use cases
- Provide training and guidance to underwriters and analysts on Cytora capabilities
- Contribute to Zurich AI adoption strategy and general best practices in digital underwriting

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree in related discipline
- At least 3 years in a Business Analyst, Insurance Operations or Data Analyst role
- Interest in AI enablement and hands-on experience with LLMs or AI platforms (e.g., Cytora)
- Structured business and data analysis skills and strong problem-solving ability
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, willing to test and iterate
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language
