In this role you drive the end-to-end sales cycle for Amenitiz, engaging independent hoteliers across Europe. You generate and manage pipeline, conduct tailored product demos, handle objections, and close deals to contribute to revenue. You collaborate with Sales leadership and peers to sharpen tactics and share market insights, shaping how hospitality tech serves small properties. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a clear path for progression.

Responsabilidades
- Prospect and build a from-scratch pipeline through calls, emails, and chat
- Qualify prospects, understand pain points, and prioritize opportunities
- Deliver structured demos tailored to customer business problems
- Handle objections and close deals,
creating urgency where appropriate
- Maintain Hub Spot pipeline accuracy and provide reliable forecasts
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to refine approach and share market feedback
Requisitos principales
- 2-4 years in a sales role (SDR, AE, or full-cycle)
- Native Italian with strong written and verbal English
- Ability to switch between prospecting and closing modes within the same week
- Ownership mindset for pipeline and results
- Structured pipeline management with proactive follow-ups
- Resilient and consistent in a high-volume, target-driven environment
- Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or startups is a plus
- Familiarity with Hub Spot or similar CRM tools is a plus
