In this role you will manage core financial accounting and closing processes while ensuring accurate reporting. You’ll work cross-functionally to support accounting controls, performance analysis, and process improvements. Responsabilidades
- Manage monthly and year-end closing processes
- Review balance sheet and P&L; analysis and identify discrepancies
- Perform reconciliations and ensure completeness of financial information
- Prepare and support financial reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams on accounting matters
- Support internal and external audits and strengthen controls
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and automate tasks
- Drive cross-functional improvements and ensure timely documentation during closing
Requisitos principales
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field
- Several years of experience in financial accounting or related finance role
- Strong technical understanding of financial accounting and statements
- Experience with month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and analysis
- Experience with controlling, variance analysis and KPI reporting
- Experience with audits and financial controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Autonomy, ownership, attention to detail
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and English proficiency
