In this role you drive the game vision and design direction for a cross-platform action title, leading a design team to deliver cohesive gameplay and progression. You collaborate with stakeholders across Art, Tech, Online, Data, and Production to balance innovation with quality. You’ll shape meta systems, level design, UI/UX, and narrative while partnering with recruiters to grow the team. Responsabilidades
- Define and execute the game vision with studio and team leads
- Direct tone, gameplay, and meta-structure to foster innovation and quality
- Lead the design team for a cohesive player experience
- Coordinate with level design to align mechanics and progression
- Mitigate threats to quality and innovation
- Foster collaboration with Art, UI, Tech,
Online, Data, Audio, Production and HR
- Plan resources and roadmap with managers and producers
- Participate in recruitment for game designers
Requisitos principales
- 6+ years in game design with lead/principal/senior roles
- Released at least two titles as lead/principal/senior designer
- Experience in 3Cs and gameplay systems design for PC/Console action genres
- Prototyping experience with Unity or Unreal
- Strong core design skills: meta-game progression, balancing, UI/UX, level design, narrative
- Proficient communication and leadership
- Up-to-date knowledge of gaming market and trends
- Ability to maintain creative strategy while adapting to modifications
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma
- Fluent in English
