Overview

In this role you will own and shape major realtime big data projects, building and supporting end-to-end data pipelines in a cross-functional setting. You will contribute to the team through code reviews, best-practice promotion, and robust solutions that scale with data. You’ll drive data-driven decision making and help the organization grow by delivering reliable, high-performance data services. Responsabilidades

- Design, implement and maintain ETL processes, data integrations, and pipelines
- Ensure robust handling and processing of large data volumes
- Develop high-performance data services for storage, processing and analysis of big datasets
- Design and implement data validation and quality checks tailored to business needs




- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in live production systems
- Experiment with and adopt new technologies to stay ahead of project needs
- Promote best practices and participate in code reviews to raise overall quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business goals
- Support data governance and data quality initiatives
- Monitor data pipelines and reliability to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Requisitos principales

- Expertise with big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Nifi, Click House
- Strong understanding of schema design methodologies and data models
- SQL extraction of large datasets, with familiarity of SQL databases
- Object-oriented programming skills (Python and/or Java)
- Experience with cloud or distributed systems
- Track record of designing scalable data pipelines and services
