Overview

In this role you contribute to the development and maintenance of diagnostic products across clinical chemistry, immunoassays, coagulation analytics, and mass spectrometry. You will plan and run experiments, analyze data, and support regulatory and quality activities in a collaborative R&D; environment. You’ll help ensure high-quality diagnostics while working with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve products. This is a chance to impact patient care by advancing diagnostic solutions at Roche.

Responsabilidades

- Plan and perform laboratory experiments including sample prep and analytical methods
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and support troubleshooting
- Document work and results per quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Apply biochemical and analytical knowledge to support development and product maintenance
- Support operation, calibration, and qualification of lab equipment and systems
- Present results in project meetings and contribute to technical discussions




- Assist in preparation and review of regulatory and quality documentation
- Collaborate across the team to maintain a safe, high-quality lab environment

Requisitos principales

- Relevant hands-on laboratory experience in biochemical/diagnostic environments
- Knowledge of chemistry, biochemistry, immunology, clinical chemistry and/or analytical methods
- Experience with analytical instruments and laboratory systems
- Experience handling human/pathogenic material in a BSL-2 environment
- Good documentation skills and experience in quality-controlled environments
- Working knowledge of English
