In this role, you lead digital projects and large-scale transformation programs across IFF's Taste Business Unit, coordinating integral sites and cross-functional teams. You drive how digital and OT initiatives improve manufacturing efficiency and business performance, balancing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. You will work with data scientists, engineers, and end users to deliver high-impact programs that scale across operations. Responsabilidades

- Lead and implement digital projects and large-scale transformation programs across multiple sites and functions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex timelines, budgets, risks, and resources
- Identify opportunities and translate them into quantified improvements using data-driven insights
- Develop and implement transformative digital and OT programs with deployment strategies and resource planning
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing sites, functions, and business units globally




- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships including site teams and business partners
- Coordinate data analytics, engineering, automation, and end-user inputs within a complex environment
- Champion transformation, foster innovation, and promote data-driven decision making
- Coach colleagues on digital themes such as Advanced Analytics, Process Digitalization & Automation, and Robotics
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver sustainable business results

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or another Engineering discipline
- 10+ years in manufacturing environments and industrial operations
- 5+ years implementing Digital Manufacturing solutions at regional or global scale
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs with multiple stakeholders and locations
- Strong project management expertise with Agile and Waterfall
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- Ability to lead change in complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management across all levels
- Experience with analytics, engineering, automation, and digital disciplines
