Join Zurich’s Technology Delivery Center as AI Governance Specialist to shape responsible AI use across the organization. You will help deploy ethical, transparent AI solutions at scale, collaborating with cross-functional partners to align with regulatory and risk requirements. You’ll develop and refine governance processes, assess AI risks, and communicate decisions to stakeholders. Responsabilidades

- Monitor emerging AI regulations, standards, and best practices to strengthen AI governance
- Apply governance frameworks and regulatory requirements (EU AI Act) to AI use cases
- Conduct AI risk and impact assessments across the organization
- Advise stakeholders on Responsible AI requirements and governance expectations
- Challenge assessments with independent, evidence-based recommendations
- Develop and enhance AI governance processes, controls, standards,



and methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, ethical AI deployment
- Review AI/ML systems for data usage, model performance and risks
- Produce assessment reports, governance decisions, and stakeholder communications

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Data, or related field
- Proven experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, Model Risk Management, or AI Risk and Compliance
- Hands-on experience conducting AI risk and impact assessments
- Knowledge of EU AI Act and AI governance standards (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001)
- Strong understanding of AI/ML systems, data usage, performance, limitations, and risks
- Experience designing or scaling AI governance in regulated environments; insurance/financial services preferred
- Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Excellent communication to influence and advise stakeholders
