Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end Source-to-Pay optimization within a general procurement and finance context. You will lead the P2P stream of a major ERP reset (Oracle Fusion) and orchestrate broad S2P tool revamps to ensure scalable, user-friendly processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to align workflows, measure performance, and enable adoption of best practices. This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape procurement operations and transform finance-driven processes across the organization.

Responsabilidades

- Revamp S2P tools and processes with automation and digitalization (ZIP)
- Own the P2P stream within the ERP program (Oracle Fusion) ensuring timely delivery
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance Operations and Controlling to streamline workflows




- Define and monitor KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute to the Finance Modernization program and support change management
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and training to ensure best-practice adoption
- Ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of the S2P chain, including processes and tooling

Requisitos principales

- Proven experience leading procurement transformation initiatives, ideally in ERP programs
- Strong understanding of upstream and downstream procurement processes
- Knowledge of Procuretech ecosystem; familiarity with Oracle Cloud and/or SAP ERP is a plus
- Strategic end-to-end process optimization with pragmatic planning and execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management from end users to senior leaders
- Fluent in English; Spanish or French a plus
