We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Industry Developer Healthcare to drive the growth of our Buildings business in the Spanish healthcare market.

The role will translate the Healthcare Vertical strategy into a focused go-to-market approach for Spain, identifying key opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, building a strong pipeline, and positioning Siemens as a trusted technology partner for safe, digital, resilient, and sustainable healthcare facilities.

Working closely with Sales, Portfolio, Marketing, and the global Healthcare organization, the Industry Developer will connect customer needs with Siemens’ portfolio and develop compelling value propositions.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Business Development

- Develop the Healthcare growth plan for Spain, identifying priority segments, customers, partners and business opportunities.
- Build a qualified pipeline across new facilities, modernization, digitalization, sustainability and services, in close collaboration with Sales.
- Engage customers and key stakeholders early to drive business growth and order intake.

Customer & Value Proposition

- Build strong relationships with healthcare customers, engineering companies, partners and other key stakeholders.
- Translate market and customer needs into compelling value propositions leveraging Siemens’ portfolio.
- Support Sales with market insights, customer workshops, use cases and opportunity development.

Collaboration & Growth

- Act as the Healthcare interface within Buildings Spain, connecting Sales, Portfolio, Solutions, Services, Marketing and the general Healthcare organization.
- Monitor market development, pipeline and key KPIs, sharing insights and best practices.
- Ensure Healthcare activities contribute to profitable and sustainable growth.

Skills and Experience

- Experience in business development, sales, strategy or market development, ideally in healthcare, building technologies, energy or digitalization.
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish healthcare market and key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, build pipeline and drive business growth.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
- Strategic, commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- University degree in engineering, business or a related field.
