We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Technician to join our fantastic team to support the schools in our Madrid cluster in Spain.

About the Role:
In this role, you will support the delivery of reliable, secure, and efficient IT services across Hastings School, ensuring that all technology systems, infrastructure, and communications operate effectively to support teaching, learning, and the day-to-day running of the school.

Working closely with staff across the school, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing the school's IT infrastructure, providing first and second-line technical support, managing hardware and software assets, and helping to ensure the smooth operation of Microsoft 365, network services, servers, communications systems, and other technology solutions. You will act as a trusted point of contact for users, delivering a high-quality support service while contributing to continuous improvements, innovation, and the overall user experience.

This is a permanent, full-time role with an immediate start date.

The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as the role requires supporting a wide range of users across the school. Experience with Microsoft environments, networking, hardware support, and IT infrastructure will provide a strong foundation for success. Above all, we are looking for someone who takes ownership, embraces continuous learning, and is committed to delivering a reliable and responsive IT service.
