About the Role:

As a CBRE Designer, you will lead project management across diverse portfolios, managing client engagement, scheduling, and budgeting. Operating within our Design function, you will be responsible for the preparation and production of strategic proposals and planning applications for both internal and external stakeholders.

You will be tasked with interpreting, integrating, and applying integral design guidelines and programmatic requirements to deliver bespoke workplace environments. Across the EMEA region, your objective will be to transform commercial office spaces into high-performance assets that effectively support our clients' talent attraction and retention strategies.

What You’ll Do:

Develops, improves, iterates and advocates human centered global workplace design standards & processes to deliver the best workplace experience for colleagues.

Develops test-fits, preliminary & concept designs

- Assists in maintaining and iterating workplace standards/guidelines/blueprints for Pfizer's commercial workplace Directs gathering quantitative and qualitative data, guides the research/analysis approach, reviews and performs senior-level research and strategic analysis of factors that affect the workplace

Leverages external networks to ensure that Pfizer implements leading edge approaches in the changing workplace including consideration for the future needs of business and the attraction as well as retention of key talent

Ensures that Pfizer’s values and culture are maintained within the workplace design and change management process

Drives innovation in workplace services, implementing forward-thinking strategies that align with evolving business needs and elevate colleague experience.

Applies AI in analyzing and planning future workplace design

Thinks strategically and creatively, articulates challenges, connects the dots, and demonstrates how workplace strategy can help business achieve their vision.

What You’ll Need:

-
Bachelor’s or master's degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or a related field

-
A minimum of 3 years of experience delivering workplace strategy and design within multi-national companies

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software

-
Must be able to utilize AI and professional design software

-
Strong relationship building skills

Must be able to think critically

Experience translating business information and workplace findings into strategies and solutions that address strategic business goals

Comfortably works with ambiguity and independently supports and resolves issues and conflicts. Optimistic when faced with adversity- problem solver. Ability to develop processes and methodologies to understand and analyze both the quantitative and qualitative aspects of space planning, occupancy and workplace performance for a variety of business needs
