Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the regional procurement operations effectively and efficiently, aligning acquisition processes with organizational goals to support all operational requirements.

- End-to-End Procurement Operations: Oversee the conversion of Purchase Requisitions (PR) to Purchase Orders (PO) via SAP, ensuring accuracy, lead-time compliance, budget alignment, and full contract review.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Lead supplier discovery and negotiation efforts while resolving contractor claims, facilitating accreditation, and maintaining transparent feedback loops with end-users and management.
- Team Leadership & Compliance: Direct and develop regional procurement staff, monitor performance deliverables, and enforce strict adherence to corporate policies, safety standards, and quality management systems.

Requirements:

- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related 4-year field, with at least 4 years of relevant procurement experience and 1 to 2 years of proven managerial competence.
