Join our dynamic team as a Governance Expert in Siemens Energy’s Logistics Functional Excellence & Digitalization division! In this pivotal role, you will define and enforce global logistics governance frameworks, ensuring our operations are efficient and compliant. You will engage with regional teams, driving continuous process optimization while maintaining strategic alignment across our global logistics operations. Imagine being the anchor that supports our digital transformation initiatives and enhances operational compliance, all while collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a complex multinational environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Define, implement, and maintain global logistics governance frameworks and standard operating procedures across the Logistics organization.
- Ensure local and regional logistics processes align seamlessly with global corporate guidelines and compliance mandates.
- Conduct regular process audits and governance reviews to identify operational deviations, compliance risks, and areas of vulnerability.
- Collaborate with Digitalization and Functional Excellence teams to optimize and harmonize logistics workflows globally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics governance, process compliance, and audit-related queries within Logistics.

What You Bring

- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have typically 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate governance, logistics planning, or process management within a multinational environment.
- You possess certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) or equivalent governance certification.




- You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
- You are open to new working methods, tools, and digital applications, enhancing your adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
