The Property Delivery & Facilities Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients across the assigned portfolio, ensuring seamless delivery of all property and facilities services. Initial focus will be on asset on-boarding and mobilisation support, transitioning to full operational management responsibilities.
Mobilisation to "Go Live Day 1" (Immediate Priorities)
Support information requests from incumbent managers on operational matters
Advise Property Management of transition requirements
Support supplier onboarding and temporary arrangements to deliver services where required
Support preparation for vacant unit management
Support with service contract setup
