Satāya is representing a globally recognised entertainment and lifestyle hotel brand in the appointment of a Director of Sales & Marketing for their flagship Mediterranean property. The Malta property sits at the intersection of music, culture, and luxury hospitality and has quickly established itself as one of the Mediterranean's most talked-about destinations.
As the business matures and sharpens its commercial ambitions, the focus now turns to building a sales and marketing function that is truly fit for the brand's scale and reputation.



The Director of Sales & Marketing will take full ownership of the property's commercial strategy — from market positioning and key account development through to digital marketing, PR, and revenue collaboration — operating as a core member of the Executive Committee and reporting directly to the General Manager.
The successful candidate will be a commercially driven, creatively intelligent senior leader with deep knowledge of European hospitality markets and the confidence to represent a high-profile brand at the highest level.
Scope of Role
Lead the development, implementation and ongoing review of the hotel's annual sales and marketing strategy in line with business objectives and brand standards.
Drive the property's commercial positioning across leisure, corporate, MICE, group, and luxury segments — locally and internationally.
Identify new market opportunities, emerging business segments and revenue-generating partnerships.
